Purchase conditions

During the validity of the State of Alarm or its possible extensions, the deadlines for returns of the purchased products are interrupted. Thus, the calculation of the deadlines will be resumed when the royal decree that declared the State of Alarm or, where appropriate, its extensions (art. 21 Royal Decree-Law 8/2020 loses force) ).

The following Purchase Conditions are signed, on the one hand, by Juguetes Cayro, S.L., hereinafter CAYRO, with registered office at P.I. Juyarco, 54 - 55, 03700 Dénia (Alicante), with CIF number: B03021243, registered in the Mercantile Registry of Alicante, Sheet A-18.580, Volume 1.542, Folio 174, and on the other hand, by the CLIENT.
CLIENT is understood to be any natural or legal person that purchases a product through this website (tienda.cayro.es).
Likewise, the CLIENT declares that he is of legal age and has full capacity to read and correctly understand all the clauses of these Purchase Conditions.
CAYRO reserves the right to modify the content, product or services marketed from the website, as well as the commercial offers presented at any time.
CAYRO makes every effort within its means to offer the information contained in the web site truthfully and without typographical errors. In the event that at any time an error of this type occurs, at all times beyond the control of CAYRO, it will be corrected immediately. If there is a typographical error in any of the prices shown and a CUSTOMER has made a purchase decision based on said error, CAYRO will notify the CUSTOMER of said error and the CUSTOMER will have the right to cancel their purchase without any cost on their part.
The contents of the CAYRO website may, on occasion, show provisional information about some products. In the event that the information provided does not correspond to the characteristics of the product, the CLIENT will have the right to cancel the purchase at no cost on their part.
CAYRO is not responsible, directly or indirectly, for any of the information, content, statements and expressions contained in the products marketed by CAYRO. This responsibility falls at all times on the manufacturers, producers or distributors of said products. The CLIENT understands that CAYRO is a mere intermediary between him and said manufacturer or distributor.
The cost of taxes (VAT and / or R.E.) and the cost of transporting the products that can be purchased through the website depends on the type of CUSTOMER making the purchase.
  • Individuals: The prices shown include the corresponding VAT but not the transport costs. As this amount depends on the destination, it will be indicated in the shopping cart.
  • Professionals: The prices shown do not include taxes or transport costs. In this case, the amounts will be notified to the CLIENT in the pro-forma invoice.


The cost of transportation for private CUSTOMERS is

  • Peninsula: 5.85 (VAT included).
  • Balearics: € 9.00 (VAT included)
Shipping costs may vary for reasons of weight or dimensions, but the CUSTOMER will always be contacted in advance, who must agree to such modification.
The cost of transport for the professional CLIENT will be agreed upon when formalizing the corresponding contract.
Under normal conditions, orders are normally delivered through TIPSA, within a maximum period of 72 hours on working days, provided that the product is available in stock and the delivery is made within the Peninsula (Spain).
For the Balearic Islands it will be 5 business days and shipments will be made through CORREOS.
  • Credit cardThe card payment method is made through the RedSys virtual POS, secured with the MasterCard Secure Code and Verified by Visa systems. These systems, when making the payment, request a password or another method to validate the authenticity of the card and avoid the use of fraudulent cards or numbers. These keys are requested by the CLIENT's own side. If you have any questions with these securitization methods, you can consult your bank. If you have problems making the payment, you can contact us.
  • Wire transfer. By deposit or transfer to our Bankinter bank account. We review movements daily and will process your order once payment is received. You can speed up this process by sending proof of payment tocayro@cayro.esor through the e-mail that the issuing bank allows to send when making the transfer, if it is done online.
  • Cash on delivery. In cash on delivery orders, the CUSTOMER pays the dealer the amount of the purchase when the order is delivered. This service has an additional cost to the purchase and to the cost of transport that is 5 %o f the total order, with a minimum of € 3.
  • Paypal. Very widespread payment system throughout the world, where you can associate your bank account or your VISA card to a virtual account created at www.paypal.es. Through this platform, PayPal CLIENTS can make their payments comfortably and securely. If you are not a CLIENT of this platform, you can also make payments in our store, with a credit card.


In the event of detecting any anomaly in your order once received, you must notify us within 14 working days of delivery.
Returns that meet the following requirements will be accepted:
  1. Products must keep intact its original seal.
  2. The CUSTOMER must bear the shipping costs in the event of a return, as long as the reason for the return is not attributable to the product received.
  3. The product to be returned must be properly packaged for its return.
Once the product arrives in our warehouses and it is verified that it is in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund the amount through the same means used in the initial transaction and within a period of no more than 14 days, from the arrival of the merchandise to our warehouse.
In the event that a CUSTOMER receives a defective item, CAYRO will proceed to replace the same item purchased. In the case of not having the same item, we will proceed to refund the total amount paid when making the purchase.

When a defective item is detected, the problem or defect will be notified to CAYRO via email, clearly indicating the status of the product and how the package delivered by the transport company and the order number was found.

No returns can be made without first contacting CAYRO. In this case, a carrier will be sent to the CLIENT's address to collect the defective product and proceed to replace the product, if available.

The CUSTOMER must have the product prepared, well packed and properly protected, placing the order number in a visible place outside the box or package.
In the event that CAYRO sends a product to the CUSTOMER by mistake, it will be withdrawn and replaced with the one purchased by the CUSTOMER, as long as it was in stock and has not been opened, manipulated or unsealed. In the event that the item is not available for replacement, CAYRO will proceed to refund the full amount paid, through the same means of payment and within a period of no more than 14 days from the arrival of the merchandise to our warehouse.
The collection and replacement costs will be borne by CAYRO as long as the error had not been the CLIENT.
The CLIENT will have the possibility of canceling an order by calling 965 781 482 or writing an email tocayro@cayro.es, provided that it has not yet been sent for delivery.
However, in the event that the Product has already been shipped, the CLIENT must wait for the package to be delivered to proceed with its return.
Once the order is canceled, the CUSTOMER will be reimbursed the amount paid, preferably in the means through which the payment would have been made, discounting the expenses generated in the event that they had been caused.
In accordance with the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, all the products offered through our online store are, in general, , guaranteed by the manufacturer against any manufacturing defect or lack of conformity with the qualities and characteristics that are detailed therein, except with those exceptions expressly provided in these Purchase Conditions.
On the other hand, by virtue of this guarantee, which will have a duration of two years from the date of delivery of the Product, the CLIENT will have the right to repair or replace it, at no cost to it. If the repair or replacement of the Product is not possible, or the option chosen is disproportionate, CAYRO will proceed to lower the price or terminate the contract.
Deficiencies caused by the use or improper handling of the product, as well as by blows, negligence, incorrect handling or installation not carried out by the CAYRO technical service, or by the wear of materials due to normal use are excluded from the guarantee. The guarantee will also be excluded if any data on it or on the proof of purchase is modified, altered or replaced.
CAYRO's total liability, for whatever reason, may not exceed in any case the total value of the defective or non-conforming product supplied. CAYRO will not be outside the provisions of these Purchase Conditions, responsible for any damage or loss due to expected results, delay or loss of production.
CAYRO does not guarantee any benefit or suitability of the product for any use or purpose foreseen by the CLIENT. The CLIENT will carry out, before acquiring the products, the necessary checks to confirm the suitability of the product to their needs and expectations. CAYRO is expressly exempt from any liability, for direct or indirect damages, including loss of profits, caused to the CLIENT or third parties, which may arise from the use or the impossibility of use, professional or private, of the product.
Procedure to demand the guarantee
The CUSTOMER is obliged to inform CAYRO of manufacturing defects or lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of them.
For any incident, claim or exercise of their warranty rights, the CLIENT must contact the CAYRO CUSTOMER Service at the emailCayro @ Cayro.es or by calling 965 781 482, where you will be informed of the procedure to follow. In the same way, the CLIENT agrees to take the steps indicated to make the guarantee effective.
In the event that, once the guarantee procedure has been initiated due to a defect or lack of conformity communicated by the CLIENT, CAYRO verifies that the products do comply with the contract, all the expenses generated as a consequence of the start-up of the guarantee process will be satisfied by the CLIENT.

In accordance with the provisions of the consumer and user protection regulations, the CLIENT has a period of 14 working days from the delivery of the product to communicate its decision to withdraw from the contract entered into with CAYRO.
For the correct management of product returns that occur as a result of exercising the right of withdrawal, the CLIENT must contact the CAYRO CUSTOMER Service, where they will request the Revocation or Return Document to present with the relationship of the products to be returned. The CUSTOMER Service will send you an email or electronic confirmation with the receipt of the return request, an RMA number (Merchandise Return Authorization) and the corresponding instructions on the process to follow and the deadlines to carry out the return. . The CUSTOMER must keep the receipt as proof of their return request.
Returns will be made exclusively through the carrier indicated by CAYRO, which will transport it to the address that is indicated for it. Shipments without prior written authorization of products or deliveries sent directly to CAYRO warehouses will be rejected. The CLIENT must take care of the adequate provision of the product to the carrier.
The product must be perfectly packaged in order to avoid incidents or damage during transport.
The CLIENT declares to know that the direct return costs will be borne by him.
The cost of the return transport will be the same that would have been passed on for the shipment of the products purchased. In the event of a partial return of the order, the transport costs corresponding to the price (including taxes) of the returned products will be passed on to you according to the current rate at all times.
The CUSTOMER also declares to know that the damages that the returned products present as a result of the exercise of the right of withdrawal that have not been recorded at the time of delivery, will be presumed to have been caused by their fault or negligence, the CUSTOMER being responsible thereof. In addition, for the acceptance of the return, the product must be in perfect condition. The CLIENT will be responsible for the possible damages that the products suffer during the transport.
The product must be returned with all its accessories, documentation, instruction manuals (if any) and in its original packaging. In case of missing any of them, the product will be returned to the CLIENT's address, at his expense, with a note indicating the elements that may be missing.
Likewise, the original return form duly completed must be attached together with a copy of the delivery note or invoice in the event that, at the request of the CLIENT, it had been issued.
Refund of the price paid by the CLIENT
The refund of the price paid by the CLIENT will be made within a maximum period of 14 business days. In any case, the amount reimbursed will be the result of subtracting from the price paid for the product, the costs incurred for its transportation, both outward and return, as well as any other expenses incurred (bank fees, cash on delivery commission, etc. .). The CLIENT will receive the corresponding amount preferably by the same means in which it was paid.

In compliance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, Protection of Personal Data, hereinafter LOPD, CAYRO informs the CLIENT that the personal data provided voluntarily when filling in the order form, as well as Those other data of third parties that the CLIENT provides within the execution and development of this contract to CAYRO, will be incorporated into an automated file owned by Juguetes Cayro, SL, for their treatment, with the aim of facilitating the provision of their services, the development and execution of the sale, transport and delivery of the products, personalized attention and any other service that is necessary.
With their registration, the CLIENT gives their consent for the use of their personal data in order to be informed about services or products that may be of interest, respecting, in any case, Spanish legislation on data protection, as well as for the sending of commercial communications, offers and advertising from CAYRO or companies authorized by Juguetes Cayro SL, by any means, including electronic commercial communications or equivalent.
The CLIENT may exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition by written request addressed to CAYRO.COM, at the address P.I. Juyarco, 54 - 55, 03700 Dénia (Alicante), or by sending an e-mail toCayro @ Cayro.com, attaching in any case, a copy of your N.I.F. or a substitute identification document.

Through this platform, consumers and merchants are allowed to submit claims through an electronic form available in all languages ​​of the European Union, for all matters related to electronic commerce or provision of services on the network, in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of May 21, 2013 and Directive 2013/11 / EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on alternative resolution of consumer disputes.
The eventual total or partial nullity of any of these Purchase Conditions will not affect the validity of the contract itself, the will of the parties with respect to the null clause must be integrated, and the rest of the Conditions will be fully applicable.
These Purchase Conditions will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the legislation in force in Spain, which will be applied subsidiarily in everything that has not been provided in them.
The parties submit for the resolution of conflicts and waiving any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of Dénia (Alicante).

According to the Ministerial Law of electronic commerce 34/2002, any purchase made through the Internet must be accepted, and must be made by persons of legal age.
