0. Introduction

The following Particular Conditions of Use are signed, on the one hand, by Juguetes Cayro, S.L., hereinafter CAYRO, with registered office at P.I. Juyarco, 54 - 55, 03700 Dénia (Alicante), with CIF number: B03021243, and on the other hand, by the USER. User is understood to be any person who accesses this website, whether or not they use the services offered on it. Likewise, the User declares that they have full capacity to read and correctly understand all the clauses of these Conditions of Use.

These Conditions of Use regulate the access and use of the same, including the content and services made available to the User in and / or through it. Likewise, access and use of some content and / or services may be subject to certain Specific Conditions.

CAYRO is a registered trademark at the OEPM (www.oepm.es) with patents numbers M0392401, M1002562, M1538031, N0052455. All the intellectual and industrial property rights of the cayro.es web domain, as well as its contents, texts, images and use of the Brand belong to CAYRO, the use or total or partial modification thereof being prohibited.

2. Modifications

CAYRO reserves the right to modify the Conditions of Use of the Website at any time without prior notice, so it is recommended to periodically read these conditions, as they may have been modified since the User's last reading.

3. CAYRO responsibilities

CAYRO will do everything possible to guarantee its availability and accessibility. However, various reasons for maintenance, updating, etc., may mean the temporary interruption of access to the Website.

These Conditions of Use will be governed and interpreted in accordance with current legislation in Spain, which will be applied subsidiarily in everything that has not been provided in them.

The parties submit for the resolution of conflicts and waiving any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of Dénia (Alicante).
